SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will ship after the processing period of 7-10 business days.  A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.  We ship via USPS (First Class and Priority) from Indiana.

Please understand that it is out of our control and we cannot guarantee a timely delivery. Once the package has been scanned by delivery service, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between you (the buyer) and the USPS (United States Postal Service). If during shipping, your package is delayed, lost, damaged due to Mother Nature's bad weather or any other natural disaster, or any other unpredictable circumstance, we are not responsible.  We will do our best to assist as much as we can, however, we will not issue a replacement or refund.  Also keep in mind First Class Mail does not carry insurance for lost, damaged or late items; consider Priority Mail when insures your package up to $100.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to most orders being customized, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds on custom orders once you have approved the details of your order.  If you order the wrong size or color after you have paid for your order, please email us at info@demicompany.com to correct your order (include order number).  We will not correct the order after it has been delivered to you by the shipping company.

 

If there is a mistake on our end, please email us at info@demicompany.com so that we can rectify the issue and reach a satisfied resolution.
