  • What is your turnaround time?
    Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. Process time can increase depending on project itself, quantity of items or number of orders already in que. You will be notified via email if the time will increase. Processing time does NOT include shipping time.
  • When will my order ship?
    Your order will ship after the processing period of 7-10 business days. No shipping on Saturday (after 12pm), Sunday or holidays. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. We ship via USPS (First Class and Priority) from Indiana.
  • Do you offer pickup or delivery?
    Yes we offer pickup/delivery to the Indianapolis, IN area within a 10 mile radius for a $5 fee. Anything outside of the 10 mile radius will be shipped. *THIS CAN BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME.*
  • Do you offer refunds?
    While we strive for customer satisfaction, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders once you have approved the details of your order. If there is a mistake on our end, please email us at so that we can rectify the issue and reach a satisfied resolution.
  • Is there a rush fee?
    Yes, there is a rush fee of $15-$25 for orders that need completing before the normal process time. Please send an email to if you need your order quickly.
  • Do you do bulk orders?
    Yes, we do bulk orders. Please fill out the custom order request form and provide as many details as possible. We will respond to your request within 48hrs.
  • Do you accept deposits?
    If ordering directly from the website, no we do not accept deposits. If you are requesting a custom order, please complete the custom request form. All orders require full payment before design work/print is started, unless otherwise discussed prior. If discussed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due prior to the start of the order. The balance is due in full prior to shipping or delivery of your order. The non-refundable deposit covers purchase of supplies and guaranteed time that is set aside to work on your order. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or improper care of items. Please follow the care instructions including with your item(s) to ensure longevity and use of product.
  • How do I place a custom order?
    Please complete the custom order request form and provide as many details as possible. We will contact you regarding your request within 48 hours. Final payment will be requested via an invoice. Custom orders can have a longer turnaround time of 14-21 days from start to completion. If your order will go beyond this time frame, you will be notified via email. Please do not request the use of someone else's artwork for your custom order. We will not violate copyright laws. If you would like something similiar to the design, that can be arranged.
  • What are your business hours?
    Our website is open 24/7. Our business hours are: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 7:00pm Fridays, 9:00am - 5:00pm Closed Saturday, Sunday and all holidays.
  • Care Instructions
    T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops, Aprons, etc. Please wait 24hrs before washing your garment. Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold. No bleach or softener. Do not dry clean. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron on design; turn inside out to iron. Wineglasses, Mugs, etc Hand wash only. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. No soaking. No scrubbing. Air dry. Face Masks Please wait 24hrs before washing face mask. Hand wash mask to maintain the quality of the material. You may machine wash on gentle cycle. Do not dry clean. No bleach or softener. Hang to dry. Do not iron on design, turn on opposite side to iron.
